To have my guarantee I have these conditions.

  • attend training at least 2 sessions a week
  • conduct at least 30 mins of cardio training on other days
  • maintain a healthy nutritional plan based on the government recommendations of 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables daily
  • fast food or take away meals are limited to once a fortnight.

These are sound nutritional practices. These sound practices followed will guarantee weight loss and strength gains over a 6 week period.
