To have my guarantee I have these conditions.
- attend training at least 2 sessions a week
- conduct at least 30 mins of cardio training on other days
- maintain a healthy nutritional plan based on the government recommendations of 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables daily
- fast food or take away meals are limited to once a fortnight.
