The Spring Bootcamp for Busy People

 Next one starting 14th September to 21st October so get in quickly as this is over half full already!

The final one for the year is scheduled for 2nd November till 10th December

Our bootcamp sessions at Arana Hills are a time and cost effective way to train and work at your own rate.

Of course the encouragement is free from your trainer to make sure you are getting the best from yourself with the results you deserve by someone who actually cares about you.

 

 

The boot camp style training with Your Local PT has been designed to be more effective and more efficient than personal training, whilst being fun and socially interactive. 

 I was really happy with Charmayne, She was easy to work with and I felt she pushed us but not too far beyond what we were comfortable with. I certainly felt a lot fitter and was happy with the results, and she was always willing to answer questions and spend time with me if I wasn't getting it right.
