Your Local PT Bootcamp sessions are filled with variety and without the yelling and screaming. No two sessions will be the same as we believe variety keeps the client interested and motivated to keep them returning and being challenged.
Your Local PT is able to achieve so much during our bootcamps and hold you accountable with weigh in and check ups at the beginning and end of every 6 week period so if you feel this is something you need then you have come to the right place.
We run on a Tuesday and Thursday at 6am for 45 mins so it does not chew up you whole morning. Get in, go hard, get out and off to work.
There are no joining fees or contracts in any of our bootcamp programs.
At less than a fifth the cost of Mobile One on One training, boot camp group training is much more affordable.
Here's what you get
- 2 x 45 minute training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6am
- option to do 3rd session on Saturday moning as well
