What to expect?
All our Bootcamp sessions are a variety without the yelling and screaming. No two sessions will be the same as we believe variety keeps the client interested and motivated to keep them returning and being challenged.
Your Local PT is able to achieve so much during our bootcamps and hold you accountable with weigh loss check ups at the beginning and end of every 6 week period. We have over 6years experience in bootcamps and outdoor training so we are sure to provide a safe and awesome training session every time.
Our sessions are designed so you can "Get in, go hard, get out and off to the important things in your life." All in the time knowing you have done your daily exercise.

How much do they cost?
There are no joining fees or contracts in any of our bootcamp programs.
