Boxing for fitness

Sick of going round and round the same circle at your local fitness studio, or continually repeating the same choreography in your gym classes? Do you trun up to the gym with little or no idea of what to do? Maybe you have some idea what your doing but need a bit of guidence and variety. Maybe you just want to try something different.

Our boxing sessions are a cost effective way to train and work at your own rate with of course some encouragement for a trainer to make sure you are geting the best from yourself and the results you deserve with someone who actually cares about you. Don't believe me read our testimonials here.

The boxing session training with Your Local PT has been designed to really get the heart rate up and the whole body challenged. We are not interested in turning you in to a boxer with long and complex boxing combinations

but your safety is paramount to us none the less. All training is designed to incorporate the whole body so you burn the calories and  improve the cardio. we never have a set program or block of traing and encourage you to particiapte in allour program sessions on offer so as to get a complete whole body makeover. Variety is important and so is the fact that we don't want much standing around which can be a problem with boxing as someone has to be the partner. We are very mindful that everyone needs  the workout so we involve all participants as much as possible.
