Fitness for Busy Mums

Our "Fitness for Busy Mums" sessions are a time and cost effective way to train with like minded mums in no threatening environment and work at your own rate.

 

Of course the encouragement is free from your trainer to make sure you are getting the best from yourself with the results you deserve by someone who actually cares about you.

The 5.30am time slot is great – it gets the exercise in the bank before you know it.  I also love that training is so convenient – I live locally so I can fall out of bed and get there without fighting any traffic/ parking.   I think it’s one of the earliest around.
And the morning group is so cool – the whole experience is so much more personal, friendly and motivating than a gym!
