Group Personal Training
Group sessions are outdoors, varied, challenging but most importantly they are fun.
They are priced at from $12 a session depending on method of payment. There are no contracts or joining fees.
Sessions include:
Walk with Weights
These classes are a blend of cardio and strength as we walk through the streets and hills of the training area in the Arlington Estate. While the name suggests "walk" in there is often some running and sprints involved as well. It is the hardest of all workouts.
Bootcamp Circuit
As the name suggests these classes are based on strength circuits with the intensity of traditional boot camps without all the yelling and screaming. I have a military background so my goal here and in all classes is maximum participation and intensity.
Boxing
As the name suggests these a simple boxing classes designed to get the heart rate up and to get a good sweat going.
Running group
This is a free self paced session where we meet at the Arlington Shopping Centre at Arana Hills and then head out for runs of various distances.
Wet weather
In the event of rain or inclement weather the classes are moved indoors to a shop within the Arlington shopping centre.
