 Note: Changes to class sessions can be made without notice!

Class location is Bradshaw Park off Thistle St Gordon Park.

Wet weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather the classes are moved indoors to the Scout Hall in Bradshaw Park.

Session types

Walk with Weights

These classes are a blend of cardio and strength as we walk through the streets and hills of the training area In Gordon Park, Wilston and along the Kedron Brook walkway. While the name suggests "walk" in there is often some running and sprints involved as well.

Circuit

These classes are based on military circuits that combine weights, cardio abs to produce and high intensity session that will challenge everyone.

Boxing

These are simple boxing classes designed to get the heart rate up and to get a good sweat going to produce a gut busting cardio workout that will leave you challenged but able to be dealth with even by the beginner. As with all our sesions you go at  a level you are capable of dealing with and all sessions modified to suit your fitness level.
