Class location is Bradshaw Park off Thistle St Gordon Park.
Walk with Weights
These classes are a blend of cardio and strength as we walk through the streets and hills of the training area In Gordon Park, Wilston and along the Kedron Brook walkway. While the name suggests "walk" in there is often some running and sprints involved as well.
Bootcamp Circuit
These classes are based on strength circuits with the intensity of traditional boot camps without all the yelling and screaming. I have a military background so my goal here and in all classes is maximum participation and intensity.
Boxing
These are simple boxing classes designed to get the heart rate up and to get a good sweat going.
Wet weather
In the event of rain or inclement weather the classes are moved indoors to the sheds near Lutwyche Park soccer fields.
