Walk with Weights

These classes are a blend of cardio and strength as we walk through the streets and hills of the training area at Mt Glorious. While the name suggests "walk" in there is often some running and sprints involved as well.

Bootcamp  Circuit

As the name suggests these classes are based on strength circuits with the intensity of traditional boot camps without all the yelling and screaming.

Boxing

As the name suggests these a simple boxing classes designed to get the heart rate up and to get a good sweat going.

Wet weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather the classes are moved to Sam and Margaret Browns farm shed.
