Paul I feel great.... thank you for your help with my weight loss/get fit journey.

I started out as an overweight, unfit mother of 2 with heaps of excuses, The kilo’s had crept up, I felt tired, depressed and unhealthy and was using the kids as an excuses for my weight gain.  I remember feeling so awful when size 16 shorts were too tight, so decided then and there I had to do something as I was NOT going to buy a size 18. 

I was being a classic "one day" fitness person. One day I will get fit, one day I will lose weight......... so one day I called Paul.....

Paul’s Mums and Pram Group training is wonderful and lots of fun, it has been the most challenging, enjoyable and rewarding exercise program I have ever undertaken.  I would highly recommend it to any mums out there that would love to get fit, feel great and meet some like minded mothers.  The classes are always different and the exercises are tailored to our individual fitness levels.  I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful I feel since these changes, I’m now 20kg lighter and wear size 10 clothes – no more loose clothing to hide the lumps and bumps.

Once again, thanks a million Paul for you’re never ending advise, encouragement, praise and guidance. I'm so grateful I made the call.

I spotted Paul and his Mums  & Prams classes out and about my local streets one morning while on my walk.  I had a 2 year old and had just had my 2nd child who was about 4 months old.  I was carrying around a fair bit of excess weight, from both pregnancies and knew I needed to do something different and motivating if I was going to get rid of any of it. 

So I approached Paul and got the details of his classes and started the following week.  I went to both classes each week and have thoroughly enjoyed it.  The first 2-3 weeks it was hard to keep getting myself and the two kids out the door but I knew once I was there I'd be fine.  I lost 9kg's in roughly 4 months and my fitness has improved dramatically. I can now walk and jog comfortably and I now find that I enjoy exercising.  I can even do push ups now! I still have a way to go, but Paul has definately gotten me back exercising and enjoying it again. 

I feel 100% and would recommend it to all Mum's, especially new mums.  It's a great way to get out and feel "normal" again and hear all the strugles and experiences the other Mums are having.  It's not intimidating at all, everyone there is there for the same reasons!! Love it!!  Thanks so much Paul, you've definately helped me on the road to getting back my old self again!

I had every excuse in the book covered. I hadn't exercised since falling pregnant with my first child 3 1/2 years ago; I was too tired to exercise; I had just had my second baby - 12 weeks old at the time;  I'm still breast feeding; I won't know anyone; and worst of all I'm too fat to get out in public and do something about it.  Then one day, early in to the new year, I received one of Paul's flyers in my letterbox offering one free session.  In a very rare moment of bravery, I phoned Paul and committed to joining him for a Mums and Bubs training session.  It was the exact thing I needed to get me moving again.  Slowly, all of my excuses started not to matter.  The workout wasn't easy, but I surprised myself with what I could do.  I actually felt proud of myself for making the effort to do something.  Paul creates such a safe environment for me to just be myself and work at my own pace, but he can always get that little bit more out of me than I ever knew was possible.  I felt so comfortable with Paul and the other Mums that I have been going  back each week, and trust me, I'm not usually one to commit long term to an exercise plan...but this time it feels different.  I am sure the difference is having Paul take an active interest in my health and fitness, and not just take the my money and move on to the next person.  It sounds cliche but he does actually care.  I look forward to my training session with Paul each week and it has become a regular diary entry which other activities are now planned around.  Before I met Paul, I would be looking for any reason to cancel a workout.  Come along and give it ago, I highly recommend the Mums and Bubs training session.  (P.S.  I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight which never believed could have happened.   Thank goodness I made that phone call to Paul earlier this year.)
