Mums and Prams
Our Mums and Pram classes are a great new addition to our training schedule designed specifically with mothers of young babies in mind that want to get out and do exercise but find it difficult with young babies in prams.
With ‘Mums and Prams’, your baby is welcome and of course encouraged to join the class with you and your pram.
We keep it simple but very flexible and full of variety but challenging to your fitness level no matter where that is.
No need to worry if you feel your child needs a feed or a nappy change we will stop the class movement while you tend to your baby whilst everyone else continues to work out. Being like-minded all the mums have been or are going through the same challenges.
Our classes are a fantastic place to learn and share your thoughts feeling and knowledge with other whilst getting fit and returning you to a healtheir body.
We conduct classes in 3 locations in Arana Hills for variety and different challenges. Olearia St W on Tuesdays, Arlington Park (cnr Bunya Rd and Arlington Drive) on a Wednesday and and Fernlands shopping centre (Woodhill Rd) on a Thusday.
