I just wanted to leave you some positive feedback. I think you provide a great opportunity for throguthe Mums and Prams classes for Mothers like myself to exercise. Prior to joining your group, I had gone a year without taking part in any exercise. It was too expensive at the gyms & with my husband in the Army I couldn't commit to any sports groups.  I know that exercise & healthy eating are the key to good mental & physical health. So I will be making it to as many sessions as I can. Thanks for all your help.

I have a complaint regarding Paul’s PT training. Since attending Paul’s morning sessions I have had to spend several hundred dollars on alterations to my wardrobe. I have also incurred the expense and inconvenience of shopping for new clothes thanks to the success of Paul’s training.

Seriously, back in August I’d never have thought I’d be getting up at 5 am let alone at that time to attend training sessions three times a week. Six months later, 15kg lighter and 4 inches smaller (around the waist) I found myself missing the workouts over the Christmas break. Running on your own doesn’t rate compared to being part of a group session “coached’ by Paul. Paul makes it easy to front up to the early sessions as there is no repetition and the results speak for themselves.

I spotted Paul and his Mums  & Prams classes out and about my local streets one morning while on my walk.  I had a 2 year old and had just had my 2nd child who was about 4 months old.  I was carrying around a fair bit of excess weight, from both pregnancies and knew I needed to do something different and motivating if I was going to get rid of any of it. 

 

So I approached Paul and got the details of his classes and started the following week.  I went to both classes each week and have thoroughly enjoyed it.  The first 2-3 weeks it was hard to keep getting myself and the two kids out the door but I knew once I was there I'd be fine.  I lost 9kg's in roughly 4 months and my fitness has improved dramatically. I can now walk and jog comfortably and I now find that I enjoy exercising.  I can even do push ups now! I still have a way to go, but Paul has definately gotten me back exercising and enjoying it again. 

I feel 100% and would recommend it to all Mum's, especially new mums.  It's a great way to get out and feel "normal" again and hear all the strugles and experiences the other Mums are having.  It's not intimidating at all, everyone there is there for the same reasons!! Love it!!  Thanks so much Paul, you've definately helped me on the road to getting back my old self again!
