You are what you think you are!
I wanted to start with telling you what an awesome week it has been for me. I have had so much going on it is has been crazy. Does this sound familiar to you? So why was it an awesome week? It was awesome because I said it was. It wasn’t just a result of anything that happened around me.
SO where is all this going? What I am saying is we are all busy and we all have challenges in our life and some of them are not good things but still it can be a fantastic week because we are learning about ourselves. Life is always going to be full of ups and downs. No week is going to be full of highs. Well there may be a few of them I’m sure. Although we wish life was full of highs but no use wishing but we can try to make it the best we can be.
What I am trying to say here is we are a product of our thoughts so if we think negative things or say negative things then we are in a negative state of mind. It is hard to by angry and happy at the same time. If we can try focus on the thoughts we have and how we react to situations as well as being conscious of our self talk we can be in an awesome state always, no matter what is happening around us.
I am sure we all know someone that no matter what is happening in their world they are always bright and cheery. It is almost annoying. If we apply ourselves we can be in exactly the same state. This type of person has trained themselves to be in this state. The other positive is that people want to be around them because they are always so positive. It is almost like they are on some sort of drug. They are and it is the drug of life and seeing the positive in everything.
My challenge to you is to just be aware of your thoughts and self and how it is making you feel.
Be in control of your thoughts and emotions and everything else will look after itself. All emotions are what you allow them to be. No one else can make you angry. It is your response to the situation that makes the scenario angry to you. Someone in the same situation may well respond in a totally different way as well.
Take this to all aspects of your life including health and well being. You can be anything you want if you believe enough and take enough action to make your dreams reality but it does require action not wishful thoughts otherwise we would all have won lotto.
Stay calm, in control and keep dreaming.
